My love of animals, coupled with a need to save money, combined with my kid's nickname, and the allure of an unaffordable vacation, sparked a business idea. My son's nickname is WoofCat, and I began making treats for rescue dogs. Someone suggested selling them, as their dog loved them. An Etsy festival came to town that year, and a friend was going to Florida for a week and I wanted to go. So, I sold ALL of my handcrafted, limited-ingredient, organic dog and cat treats and finally went on vacation. The rest is history.
